I called to schedule an EGD and was confirmed and all set for my procedure with the representative; instructions and all. I received a call the next day to schedule the same procedure. I was incredibly confused as I just scheduled it the day before with the same department. Whatever conversation I had with the scheduling team did not result in the procedure ACTUALLY BEING SCHEDULED, despite being confirmed for a date and time as well as instructions. I want to be clear the 2 stars is for the HORRIBLE attitudes I was greeted with by the front desk security on in this building NOT my kind intake nurse upstairs or the wonderful doctors who serviced me.🙏🏽 this occurred on (7-29-25 @ 2:10 p.m) for Ref. My mother has a lump in her throat that they had to physically move to get to her stomach and all they said to her is she has acid reflex. I wonder if it was caused by her not being able to eat cause of the lump in her throat she saw you guys for. You guys failed her and honestly everyone will be better off going somewhere else.
