I am a referring physician. I wanted to speak to a doctor regarding a patient with a new cancer diagnosis. I called UCM Physician Connect and got a complete runaround. I spent 30minutes on the phone only to be ultimately sent to a voice mailbox. I was put on hold, routed to a clinic number, put in hold again, told they could just make an appointment for the patient, seemed surprised I would think I should discuss the case with a doctor first , then sent not to the doctor’s assistant as I requested but instead to a voice mail... read more
The leadership here are money hungry greeting incompetent individuals with absolutely no clue how the real world works and how to even care for a patient. They are cruel to their staff nurses and only want more money for their selfish pockets. Never again will I go there or recommend anyone not even my dog to go there!!! Boycottuofc!!!!!
