LOVE the doctors. The front desk are condescending and rude, as if you're bothering them. Pet peeve: when people take customer services roles but don't like to serve customers.
I love Dr.Haynes she is so sweet! But they need to swap out the front desk people answering the phones, they are not friendly but a little rude. I kinda felt like I was bothering her when I called. They literally just answer “University Dental” ….no “how can I assist you today?” or anything. I am debating if I want to keep my appt with them.
