I have been sitting in this hospital ER for so many hours watching roaches walk around. I have never ever seen this before in a hospital and at 74 it's shocking. I have lived in many states and I have never seen such a sight and the staff doesn't seem to care.
NEVER answer, cant get a hold of anyone or get anything done. They don't communicate and if they do, they take forever to get back to you. The front desk people cant even answer a yes or no question then transfer you over, to no one to answer.
Don’t bother
PLEASE - If you value your life or a loved ones life, do NOT go to this place. They performed surgery on my mom and she is in bad shape now, and no one there cares about her status they give her the run around when she calls, she has been to the ER 5 times in the past month with her insides literally falling out from the failed prolapse surgery and in extreme pain. If her condition does not improve or she dies I am defiantly going to take legal action against this place.
Front office staff is rude and discourteous. The worker named Linda has consistently shown rude behavior to myself and other patients. Do not expect to be helped.
