Worst company ever. Never call you back for follow up appointments and send you into collections instead of making a friendly call to make a payment even after I asked on 2 different visits if I owed them money!! Wish I had the option to give zero star!
I have been sitting in this hospital ER for so many hours watching roaches walk around. I have never ever seen this before in a hospital and at 74 it's shocking. I have lived in many states and I have never seen such a sight and the staff doesn't seem to care.
NEVER answer, cant get a hold of anyone or get anything done. They don't communicate and if they do, they take forever to get back to you. The front desk people cant even answer a yes or no question then transfer you over, to no one to answer.
