I went to the Oaks office for University Imaging Center. I called 3 times for my portion of my copay. The first 2 times I called they had not contacted my insurance. The of my appointment I called in the morning and was told that my insurance said I had no copay. So I agreed to come. I had told them previously that if my copay was over 100 I would not come because I could not afford it. So when I was told I had no copay I went. I love Univ Imaging! I live in Indian River County area, and I say this place is greatly worth the drive. SO much nicer & friendlier than "the Vero place", where you feel like a number. And with two locations you can get in sooner. I've been here several times, and never have been disappointed

The desk people love to chat regardless how many people are waiting to check in and then you sit and wait cause as is normal, "they will be with you shortly" does not mean 'shortly'... Otherwise.... Friendly people, clean, etc... Just not prompt...
