When I moved in thought to was an awesome affordable place to live, and amber was really nice and got me in quick. However when I went to move in there was gunk all over the floors and walls in every room. The walls were supposed to be grey but were tinted yellow amd had big yellow ooze spots dripping from the ceilings on to the walls. The stove had big puddles of mold in the heater portion that I sat and scrubbed for hours. The bathroom and black spots all over the tub until I cleaned it off. Set up an appointment to view an apartment 5 days ago. Drove over an hour to view a room and the landlord wasn't there at the scheduled time. Called, and was then told they had no apartments to show and wouldn't have any for at least 2 weeks. No notice, and a waste of time.
It is 100% better than ever, lots of great people living here now, lots of students, come on in and apply.
