I lived here several years, I remember the quiet nights and walkable distance options to dinner or just to listen good live music. The complex was very neat and everything in my apartment worked flawlessly. Based in my experience, I would recommend these apartments as one of the best options to rent in Norman.
My son lived here while at OU. Great experience and good location to walk to campus and campus corner. Would recommend for a small single studio apartment.
Told me they were coming in for a quick check on the drainage in the shower, come home to find sewage water on the walls. Didn’t bother to clean up the mess, and after walking to the office saw that they decided to take tomorrow off all the way to the weekend. This used to be an amazing apartment complex, it’s not anymore. Look for a different place, because I know I will be.
