Told me they were coming in for a quick check on the drainage in the shower, come home to find sewage water on the walls. Didn’t bother to clean up the mess, and after walking to the office saw that they decided to take tomorrow off all the way to the weekend. This used to be an amazing apartment complex, it’s not anymore. Look for a different place, because I know I will be.
My son lived in these apartments for 3 years and loved it! Safe area, very close to campus, and very close to Campus Corner. The apartment manager, Gina, is wonderful! She knows all the tenants by name and is like a second mom to the students. We were both sad when he graduated and had to leave University Blvd Apartments.
This apartment complex is amazing! It’s easily walkable to the OU campus and campus corner. The manager Gina is very sweet, caring, and is always there for you. Josh, the Maintence guy is such a friendly guy who is always happy to help when needed. I would rate this place 10 stars and am sad I graduated and am leaving these amazing people and apartment.
Great management, location, and rent. If you are looking for an affordable place where you can walk to campus this is a great option. Units are either 1 or 2 bedroom, and both have a kitchen and living room. There are shared laundry machines and a pool. My 1 bedroom unit had a lot of natural light and was plenty big for me. Gina was super attentive and was always quick to address any of my concerns or issues. Definitely recommend staying here.
