They wanted to send my daughter here but after reading the reviews I don't feel comfortable. When I told the lady at Clara Mass hospital in a ledge that I was yelling at her which I was not I just admitted that she should not overpower me in conversation... The lady at the hospital then didn't have the social skills to communicate. Very uncomfortable feeling.. if the lady of Clara Mass is anything representing this place then it's definitely a pass.

I went to rutgers day school, they restrain the kids here no matter the age. they scream out in agony but even then they still keep at it.. “school work” for the teens here is just 2nd grade level work, not actually learning anything. fights always break out, people always at each others throats, kids run out of the school. staff talks badly about the ppl who go here. breaking hipaa all the time. teens bring drgs in and what not and pass it out to other teens like easter candy. This cannot be considered a mental health facility… it felt like a prison… we came to find help only to find ourselves in the waiting room for over 12 hours. No information and no help in sight. We kept getting the same response that they were waiting for a doctor and that doctor never showed up. Patients come here and are forgotten.
