Very disappointed with how communication at this clinic has changed recently. They completely banned the use of WeChat without warning, and I only found out after calling the office myself. It feels like they're trying to phase out Chinese and pressure patients to communicate only in English. Dental terminology is complicated, and patients who aren't good at English will struggle to make the most informed decisions and get the best treatment.
