AFTER 300,000 CAR WASHES – this is a full service carwash in a very busy area. during the winter season you have to be patient if you come in the middle of the day. they remove bugs from the front of the car 12months out of the year, not just during love bug months. it is a hot sweaty job and the guys do a great job. it is becoming popular at some newer car washes that the customer vacuums and dries the car themselves. Incredibly Expensive! – I went for an oil change, had to pay extra because my car has >75K miles, ok, added a new air filter. The total was $66... for a Honda? About $30 more than the dealership. I went there for the location, but I will never return.
Awesome! – We took our gmc acadia in for a full detail. (sherrie) When i left after picking it up, it felt like i was driving it off the lot at the dealership for the first time it was so clean and crisp looking!! we also get our cars washed here pretty regularly and the guys out front do a great job as well thanks for the "Big League" service world series champ
Outstanding ownership and employees – I think I was the second customer to go here when Steve first opened years ago. I get both vehicles washed and serviced here including oil changes and detailing. The staff is polite and helpful. Yes it does take a little while to get through on busy days but that is what happens when you have an establishment that is favored by many. does anyone here care? – I have several times been a customer here, years ago it was the best in the business. Now it seems as though the owners could careless. The manager is rude and talks on his cell phone more than he does work and the employees look like they are going to get a tooth pulled when a car comes out. Better customer service is the key and word of mouth is the best business card. A good owner or manager would never curse or swear at a customer, what happened to the customer is always right??
iPhone and purse stolen from car here – We still get angry about how little the owner cared. We wound up having to file a police report with Sarasota.
The worst car wash ever! – I took my SUV to be cleaned and asked if they would wipe (spot clean) the doors and seats. They said sure, and charged me extra for it. I saw a note placed on the window saying it needed to be done; the guys took the note off and did not even touch the inside of the vehicle accept for a quick vacuum. The armor all on the tires was done half way, very sloppy and there was something dripping down the back glass!
