University auto is wonderful! I had an excellent experience buying a car from them about a year ago, and just recently i needed my brakes repaired, and they were fair, fast and willing to work with me on the payment. They kept me informed about what they were doing, and went out of their way to drive my car to my home when it was fixed. I am disabled and have a hard time getting around and I had left my walker and disability parking placard in my car when it was being fixed and I couldn't find a ride to go pick it up. These guys are great, they even found some bad taillights and fixed them for no charge!!
The absolute best experience I’ve ever had with an auto shop! I took my car in late on a Friday because my skid plate was falling off and dragging. Brought it to these guys and despite them being backed up on repairs, they took the time to fix my plate within 30 Minutes and didn’t charge me anything for it. I am eternally grateful to them for being so kind and helpful in fixing my car as a woman who knows nothing about vehicles and was extremely stressed over this. Thank you!!
After going thru 5 dealerships I was done but I forgot I had filled out an online application Rio reached out to me and asked me to come in and look over some stuff not only did they get me in a car that got me the car I wanted with a lower payment then I had even thought I would ever get they are the best even the owner Joe reached out to me to make sure I was happy and satisfied with my purchase They even filled my tank before I left.
