My daughter had a brake pad issue while I was hours away, and this shop took care of her like family. Not only did they get her in right away, but they also gave her a ride back home and even offered to pick her up when the car was ready. Their pricing was completely fair, and as a mom handling this from afar, I can’t express how much peace of mind that gave me. Honest, professional, and truly above and beyond I’m incredibly grateful. Highly recommend!
University Auto does great work! We take all our vehicles there for oil changes, mechanical work and detailing. We have also purchased vehicles from them and had the best experience.
I bought a car and the water pump went out and they had it replaced in just a few hours and then was nice enough to call and remind me it was time for the oil change which they also did pretty fast, kind courteous service and awesome to deal with
The repair cost was less than any other place, and they were pretty speedy!
Great group of people to take care of your car, they go out of their way to make sure you are pleased with the work.
