The service is awful.
My son was ready to buy his first car, and was very nervous. Curtis was amazing to work with! His communication with my son was great, and he always promptly replied to any question my son had. As a parent, I want to thank Curtis for being so patient with my son and turning what could have been a stressful and nerve wracking situation, into a positive and enjoyable experience!!
A few years ago, I purchased a used 2019 Q7 along with the highest level extended warranty offered by this dealership. Recently, I was told that the transmission needed total replacement with ~58,000 miles on it, and time left on the warranty. Current conclusions: 1) I’m unlikely to obtain another Audi. 2) The extended warranty sold to me by this dealership may be in violation of Washington consumer protection laws. Just bought a Q5. Jonathan is the man. We can hear a while back when he was first starting and didn’t buy anything. Came back here about a year later, and were lucky enough to deal with him again. Wasn’t pushy, gave us a fair deal on a great car we love. Best part was that when i wanted 5 minutes to debate two cars we liked with my wife, he let us hang in the car and chat.
