Got my audi very smoothly, however its never being answered when calling their service department
Audi has stepped up their game. It is extremely evident with the service department here. The last few years of service for my 3 Audi’s has been exceptional. They are prompt and professional, greet me by name, are considerate of my time and represent the brand so well. Cheers to you!!
The best service!! Assisted by Geofrey. Looking for discreet bolts etc for my older Audi A4. Geofrey patiently helped me find all the bolts I needed. For parts no longer supported for a 23 year old car, he printed off a couple pages listing the part numbers so I can find on after market site. Thanks! June 6th 2025
