The university area housing office staff are very friendly and helpful. No matter the issue or concern they always go above and beyond to help their tenants.
They will charge you hidden fees and are incredibly difficult to communicate with. Their ESA policy is borderline illegal. They will raffle a free months rent for a 5 star review which tells you all you’d need to know
Rented through UAH my senior year. Decent experience overall but definitely could be better. Pros: - Friendly people and relatively helpful as a whole. (signing is slightly rushed as they don’t want you to ~thoroughly~ read the contract) - Anytime there was a maintenance issue, it was fixed or had somebody out to work on it the same day (at no charge to us) - Fairly reasonable pricing on rentals for the demand Cons: - Got charged for a “broken refrigerator handle” after moving out.
