HORRIBLE!!!! DO NOT LEASE HERE. Would give 0 or negative stars if I could. If you run into any issues during your lease here, the employees will NOT help you. The will instead belittle you and laugh at you. These people will promise you something and the moment you sign the lease, they won't do anything. If you are considering leasing here, DO NOT. University apartments was hit or miss for me at times. They sometimes had outstanding service, and other times they let me down quite a bit. They are nice, it just seems like they have too much going on sometimes or not enough people available to help. Most of their apartments are pretty decent and at a good price and definitely worth visiting but DO NOT believe in the other 5 star reviews. I can say from experience the 1 star reviews have some merit but they do their best, which isnt always enough, to remedy their mistakes.... read more
My husband and I have been renting from University for about 3 months and they are the best. Go out of their way to make their tenants happy! They made sure we acquired the apartment we wanted next term today for fear of it getting rented out from under us. They called us four days prior to when we had an appointment to look at it. Thank you Abby and Rita for taking such good care of us! I never want to rent from anyone else while living in Columbus.
Amazing rental company! They drove me plus friends around on the tours so we’re could do it more efficiently and in the warmth of the car. Paying and signing the lease online was so simple and the staff is so down to earth and friendly. I even gave them my budget and things I couldn’t live without and they chose apartments they thought I would like and they NAILED it. Best bang for your buck on campus for sure. Awesome find!
Honestly the best rental agency I’ve dealt with in the campus area. The staff was helpful and flexible. Just make sure to take note of all damages at the beginning of the year or they WILL charge you. Head and shoulders above Buckeye Real Estate though
