they can't unless they get better management
Oh so many ways. They don't tell the truth, they don't fix things and when you move out expect a huge amount in damages and cleaning. Even if you left the place in clean condition. Plus they won't let you know that amount till a day before it is due and sent to collections. Take lots of pictures so you have evidence.
The apartment was in poor shape that my Windows leaked during the winter that I had mold. I will never again rent there.
This place is horrible. Got a 1500 fine for "animal piss on the.carpets and cigarette burns" and we never owned an animal or smoked and the carpet was new when we moved in. Took them to court and they damaged their own carpet and took pictures of it as "evidence" Its Zanco properties that own them, all their reviews consist of being taken to court, horrible place, doesn't even deserve a star,
