love this clinic, love the vet and his staff. they have brought my dog back from an overweight listless dog, to the healthy dog that he used to be. the amount of care and concern that they have for your pet is evident from the moment you enter the clinic, you can bring your baby here, and feel confident that this staffs only concern is whats best for your pet.
Yesterday I had my 17 year old cat in for a check up. They were all so kind and gentle with him. One of the techs stood with him hiding his face in the crook of her arm while we waited on a sicker animal to be taken care of...it was maybe 15 minutes.
We recently switched from VCA Stoney Creek to University Animal Medical & Dental Clinic, and we couldn't be more pleased! When VCA bought Stoney Creek, the service went downhill fast, and the staff cared more about money than the animals and their families. I have been using University Animal Medical and Dental Clinic for over 30 years, and I have always been extremely pleased with Dr. Sain and his staff. They are very efficient, knowledgeable, responsive, and caring. When I take my pets there, I know they will receive the best care possible. I highly recommend Dr. Sain and his staff at University Animal Medical and Dental Clinic.
They always take such good care of our little girl! There has been only one time that we've had to call and make a sick appointment, she was seen same day, and was better within 24 hours!
