The experience with the doctor was good.. But Kristy (Johnny mother in law) attitude is very nasty. They don’t have anything in writing it’s all verbal so she say.. I was trying to do a payment plan on what I can afford but they refused to take my payment and she said that my bill will go to collections.
Doctor who provided me care was top notch, however, I can't speak highly of the business office. Received my first bill 2 years later and was told it would be handed over to collection if it wasn't paid immediately. Funny how they can take their time handling business but expect immediant payment before handling over to collection. They then tried to blame by surgeons office for the time lapse which was not only unprofessional, but a total lie! Never have I had a bill come 2 years later!!
