We use to stay at Disney World all the time now this will be our go to place for relaxing
Bartender was very rude and even passed out insults and got another patron in on it. Also, a manager tore into a fellow employee under him enough so it made the children question what in the world was going on. Not very professional people. Ill take my business elsewhere next time. Good luck.
This is a great hotel with terrific service and amenities! Have had a great experience here. It's walking distance to the universal studios amusement parks. Very kid friendly! Would easily choose to stay here again!
My husband and I Just returned from a 4 day stay and Cabana Bay Beach Resort and loved it! All of the staff were friendly and helpful, the place was immaculate everywhere we went, loved out adorable comfortable room with a fabulous view of Universal, they gym was so cool with great equipment, the food in the Bayliner was homemade and delicious. I wish we had had better weather to enjoy the pools and hot tub more. Hope they all keep up the great work.
My family, friends and I stayed at your Hard Rock Hotel in Universal Studios at Orlando, Florida for the week of Nov 1st thru Nov 8th, it was a total of 15 of us and we were very disappointed. First of all the hotel is in a nice location and very nice looking, but the service was terrible and we have never felt more nickel and dimed before. On our first night my two year old daughter needed milk as she woke up a little after 11pm, there was nowhere to buy milk and when we called room service as advised we were being charged ... read more
everything about this hotel was great! the rooms were huge and beautiful.The staff was friendly and helpful and the proximity to the theme park was wonderful!
we really enjoyed our stay at the Hard Rock Hotel. The rooms are beautiful and the staff is great. I loved being within walking distance to the theme park as well.

This is one of my favorite Hard Rocks, it's huge and located in Universal City Walk. The food is always good and the atmosphere is always fun.
