Universal Windows are amazing! Ray was a great guy to work with. We had to wait due to covid delays but the windows came in a month ahead of what we were told. They promised less and gave more for sure.

We picked Universal Windows Direct initially because they could install custom height doors of the right material and the price was very competitive. We will use them again and we have recommended them to our friends because of their incredible service. Ray kept us informed throughout the process. Both he and the installers were all very personable and professional. The installers did a great job of cleaning up too. Ray takes pride in his work and he stands behind his product.

Outstanding window installation. Employees arrived on time and began installation when promised They placed drop cloths in work areas, and cleaned construction trash promptly. They hauled away all bagged trash and old windows,parts, etc. *****the supervisor) checked and verified each window as it was placed. Then rechecked everything at the completion of the installation.

Hard to know where to begin..service from *** ***** was outstanding..he was knowledgeable and very personable..my windows look like a million bucks..the one room with the largest window was the one I was hoping to benefit from having a new window installed and it did..that cold feel disappeared completely..my installer Tom and his team of installers were respectful and focused on getting the windows installed correctly and perfect the first time..the windows make my house look newer and more updated..without a doubt I can hi... read more

*** was friendly and professional made sure everything was taken care of while also keeping me up to date on the order. The house looked as though it had been built around the windows His guys offered creative solutions for my master shower window which was unsecured blocks of glass before and now is a seamless window with out damaging the tile shower I had redone last year I could not be happier with the result and can not wait to see how the new doors and window improve the electric bill. Had (3) doors in our hose replaced, and the entire process was smooth and painless. *** ***** was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. The install crew were very professional, respectful, and represented their company well. The end result, and price, exceeded our expectations. I had nine old casement windows replaced by Universal Windows Direct, and everything from the initial phone call to the final installation was a positive experience. I wish all contractors were as easy to work with. Excellent customer service and excellent product. I am very satisfied and would definitely recommend Universal Windows Direct for window replacement.
