Engaging Universal Windows Direct for my home window installation has been an unmitigated disaster, unfolding since April 2023. If you are considering them for your home, I urge you to reconsider based on my nightmarish experience that has spanned almost two years of frustration and utter disappointment. My service was great. Giving 5 stars directly to "Mr Carlos Maiya" he measured my windows and managed Install. After complete the small issues, he came back in 4-5 days after install to fix everything. They return all my calls and ingards to the prices its running the same price as others. I had 3 estimates done. This was best and sales rep was excellent.
They never sent me a receipt, never came back to see the install. They don’t return calls when you have a concern. Once you sign them papers you’ll never hear from them again.
