Very dissapointed with unfriendly and impatient custer service representatives. Both staff and manager are very unprofessional, impatient, very pushy, and do not provide the right information in terms of the price per unit, final price, delivery schedule, etc. My good is delivered very late regardless the high price that I paid for the service.I would NEVER NEVER GO with this USI (Universal Shipping) shipping firm AGAIN !!!!
