1 star only because I was totally unable to use my Groupon because they have very sparse hours and tried to schedule an appointment for 3 weeks. They were never available when I was able to come. Usually had to leave a message and wait for a call back. Last time they never returned my call, so I am losing the Groupon and that's fine with me.
