This has to be the most incompetent trash service ever.
We watched the trash truck pick up our neighbors bin and then slow down in front of our house and not pick up our bins. Then called to schedule a pick up for monday since we were missed. Called just now (monday) to see if they were still coming and the customer service rep was SO RUDE. She said they had a picture of our bins not being out which wasnt true, i have proof from our ring camera that our bins have been out since the night before. they don't pick up on time, missed pick ups, the customer service reps are annoyed at you for calling with the same issues that they keep disregarding and not resolving. they agree to credit your account for missed pick up which you still have not seen or receive, they just wash their hands by saying they will have a supervisor call you back, its May and im still waiting for someone to return my call since February. unreliable, and unprofessional.
