I had an excellent experience at this shop! They fixed two of my tires quickly and did a fantastic job from start to finish. The service was professional, the staff was respectful and friendly, and the prices were very fair and honest. It’s refreshing to find a place that truly values both quality work and customer service. Highly recommend!
I came in to buy a tire, and unfortunately, it went flat within just a few hours. I brought it back to the store the very next day, and the manager handled the situation perfectly. He was extremely professional and replaced the tire immediately, no hassle at all. One of the techs did try to give me a hard time, but the manager instantly stepped in, corrected the situation, and personally apologized to me for the tech’s behavior. Quick and easy, called on the phone, Got a price, pulled in, my tire patched up and was gone in less than five minutes.
I replaced a pair of old, dryrotted and leaky tires with some new (used) ones from Universal. The tires have good tread and were very affordable (I believe pricing for used tires starts at $35). The whole transaction took about 10 minutes including picking the tires (of which they have a nice variety), dismounting the old ones, and mounting and balancing the new ones.
