UNIVERSAL TRAVEL INC appears to care more about money than customer service. I was charged far more than I expected, and the person I dealt with was disrespectful and unhelpful. I spent an entire week trying to get a simple issue resolved, but all I received was disappointment and frustration. I would not recommend this company to others. If you want to avoid wasting your time and paying unreasonable charges, I suggest looking elsewhere. Please warn your friends and family so they can make an informed decision.
