I don't usually like making negative reviews but this place deserves it. My mom called to check for ticket pricing and from the start of the call the agent was so rude. I sat in listening and thought to myself, I just can’t believe how he was speaking to my mom. He told her to just come down to the office instead of giving her pricing. strongly recommend looking elsewhere for your travel needs. In my experience with Universal Travel Inc, I was charged $200 for a visa service that ultimately cost only $40, resulting in a substantial markup. When I raised concerns, I found their customer support to be dismissive and unhelpful. What should have been a simple and straightforward issue to resolve turned into a frustrating experience.
