Can hardly understand them they yell at clients during texting
This agency has the worst customer service I have ever seen in my life.
I have very good experience with universal travels. I am getting a tickets from universal travels for me and my family. The staff is very good and i recommend to all my friends and family Members to buy the tickets from universal travels and I get very good prices cheaper then online prices. I am very thankful to this company make my trip affordable and easy and smooth.
I am very disappointed at this company. They charged me more than agreed. I called to dispute and the person that I spoke to said it’s Sunday and they are closed. I told him I could not wait as these pending charges would post. Then he told me someone would call me back. Then no one called me back, so I called back again then he hung up on me while trying to explain to him.
