I have had occasion to connect with American Cargo Group on a couple of occasions. In each instance, I found that the representative was very knowledgeable about the product and was able to take care of my needs. Most recently. Ashley was extremely helpful. Her manner was professional, her customer service excellent. She answered all my questions and helped me figure out what I needed. I purchased a Grizzly Haul mark trailer for over $13,000 less then 2yrs ago and the aluminum is starting to corrode in multiple locations. I reached out to American Cargo Group and was told the lousy 1yr warranty has expired. So I guess they don’t stand behind their product.

While I was nervous at first because I left 3 messages with no response, once my issue landed with Ashley, the service was amazing! She took care of my every need, stayed in touch as promised, and delivered exemplary service. A++ Ashley!

These people are horrible to say the best! If there was a rating less than 1 star they would get it. The did not refund my money after they sent the wrong product. I returned their wrong product as per their instructions and have sent ten email requests in two months with as many phone calls! These people are garbage!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

These people are garbage! This has to be the worst online experience that I have ever had! They sent a part that didn’t fit. I followed their refund instructions and two months, 13 emails, ten phone calls, and 5 text messages later still no refund. I would NEVER recommend these people to anyone. If the rating could be less than one! That’s what I would give them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
