I would give 1/2 star but that is not allowed. I was to close on my new home 10/10 3PM, this title company was handling the sale of my home in VA, the new owners closed at 1030AM. It was told numerous times to Shelia Watson there were multiple closings, my new in in SC and the 80+ couple whose house I bought were in GA.. Shelia was informed by me and my realtor, for over 2 weeks prior to closing multiple closing which is why the first closing was at 1030.
