Closing was performed and it was fine. However after closing, paperwork hasn’t been filed in a timely manner. Unable to get work done on the house that we closed on. Having to reschedule all contractors we have hired for fixing the house. Trying to get Universal Title to assist since they are the ones in charge and our matter doesn’t seem to be urgent to them.
