I am extremely disappointed with Universal Tires and their deceptive business practices. They proudly advertise a “lifetime warranty” for brakes and rotors, but when I went in for repairs, they tried to charge me for it! When I pointed out their supposed warranty, I was given the runaround with excuses about how it doesn’t actually cover what they claimed. Good service like always, found out they don't open on sundays
I just purchased a set of pe owned wheels and tires for my truck at a very decent price, I have been looking around with no luck until I seen the post on fb. The pictures matched what I seen in person and they are in great condition and I am very pleased with how professional the experience was. I will for sure return for more upgrades.
