I am extremely disappointed with Universal Tires and their deceptive business practices. They proudly advertise a “lifetime warranty” for brakes and rotors, but when I went in for repairs, they tried to charge me for it! When I pointed out their supposed warranty, I was given the runaround with excuses about how it doesn’t actually cover what they claimed.
