I’ve always bought everything I needed for my boilers and furnaces here. These guys are very polite, knowledgeable and friendly. I moved to upstate NY 5 years ago. I still come to Universal because of the excellent customer service since I’m in Jersey every 10 days or so.
I needed a part for my boiler ASAP because we were without heat. Angelo went above and beyond to call the part manufacturer to see if it was in stock. He was able to get overnight shipping ! Thanks so much to you and your team !
I came here the first time in 2005 when I purchased my first house that had no chimney. They had a solution for me and the chimney is still there. I had to rebuild my furnace and the service there was excellent. They had all the parts I needed and the price was fair. I recommend this place. I’ll Continue to use this business.
