Just got an email saying they are out of business. They haven't finished my install. They also strung me along since April with promises. Very frustrating.
I was told they went bankrupt the second they were done with my solar project. Didn't turn them on, and no one will message me back. Now I'm stuck paying for solar panels I can't even use. Edit: they just commented on this review to save face, they haven't contacted me. My emails also now come back unsent. Someone from another solar company who took over for these guys contacted me, and now my solar is working. USDLV still hasn't contacted me in a month, so I will leave this review for that long. Company closed didn't warn their workers or their customers they have 1000s of customers with problems with their systems yet they just closed shop and jumped ship they opened up in other states and also helped to open beyond energy here in town DO NOT TRUST THESE PPl I have thousands of pics of fixing their work and the installers went to beyond energy so beware of the shady work and they WILL RUIN YOUR ROOF
Apparently the company has gone under and is no longer honoring their contractual agreements! We have had nothing but terrible experiences with Universal Solar Direct since the very beginning. We should have NEVER trusted them!!!
