1. We had issues with our walk-in cooler not holding temperature. The technician quickly found the problem and fixed it the same day. Great communication and very professional service. Will definitely use them again.
There are very reasonable with the price, and they're very honest.
The work was done quickly and everyone was friendly
Schedule servicing time was on time Technicians were very experienced and they cleaned up after the job was complete which is usually not the case but they did. Great experience with Universal and I would definitely use them again
