We were having problems with our Hoshizaki ice machine at our restaurant because the ice had developed a really bad smell. We called Universal, and their technicians arrived the very next day. They thoroughly cleaned and serviced the machine, explained what caused the issue, and got everything working properly again. The smell is completely gone, and the ice is back to normal. We were very impressed with their prompt response, professionalism, and quality of work. Highly recommend their service.
