Two different technicians from Universal Services GUESSED what might be wrong with our refrigerator. As one was attempting to repair our fridge, the technician told me that the reason Sears went out of business is that they repaired unrepairable appliances. $400 later that is exactly what Universal Services did to me. We ended up having to get a new fridge.
