Signed up for service at my home and my dad's on October 20th. I was told that I had to pre pay for service for the month of November. I paid for both and was told pick up was every Monday.... they didnt pick up so on the second Monday of no pickup we started calling, and calling no one would return our call until I threatened to file fraud with the bank. Definitely recommend. I've been useing them for a year & they are so sweet & they always get my trash on time ! Definitely recommend.
After having difficulties getting the delivery of the trash receptacle to begin trash pick up, we are finding the service very good and would recommend to our neighbors.
By far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I moved less than 2 miles down the road and called almost 2 months ago to have my services transferred, still have yet to hear back from anyone. I’ve left multiple messages and sent the necessary email and today received a bill (AT THE NEW ADDRESS) for two months of services that I’ve yet to even receive a phone call to let me know if it was on their route or not!!
