Definitely recommend. I've been useing them for a year & they are so sweet & they always get my trash on time ! Definitely recommend.
After having difficulties getting the delivery of the trash receptacle to begin trash pick up, we are finding the service very good and would recommend to our neighbors.
By far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I moved less than 2 miles down the road and called almost 2 months ago to have my services transferred, still have yet to hear back from anyone. I’ve left multiple messages and sent the necessary email and today received a bill (AT THE NEW ADDRESS) for two months of services that I’ve yet to even receive a phone call to let me know if it was on their route or not!! Won't deliver the trash receptacle and won't return calls. You just constantly get sent to a voice mail box and then receive an automated text.
