We had a roof leak causing water damage in the upstairs bedroom of our Etobicoke home. Two companies came and went without solving it properly. Universal Roofs sent Oltion out and he tracked down the actual source of the problem instead of just patching whatever looked obvious. He explained clearly what had failed and why and the fix held up through the entire fall and winter without a drop. We replaced the skylight above our home office through Universal Roofs and it made an enormous difference to the room.
