Universal provided excellent customer service and efficient work in replacing the shingles on my roof. Job was done as per the quote and most importantly used quality shingle materials and created no inconvienences at my home during the job. They even repaired some damage to my eavestrough at minimal cost. Olti the owner was honest in his communication from observation, quoting, through to completion of the job.
