Universal roofing is a very honest, sincere, and trustworthy company. They were very thorough throughout the entire roofing process, making sure all my questions were answered and did a phenomenal job taking care of my roof. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of anything roofing.
Editing my original post- After the first issue we had with the initial install, they came back to audit the work that was done and I thought everything was OK. A few months later we discovered the exhaust to the hot water heater had been knocked out of place during the roof installation. The pipe had been moved during the original installation so it was not possible to reattach without going up on the roof and repositioning the pipe.
