Worse company I have ever seen on a job site. No respect for property. Caused property damage to my brand new car, and tried telling me I was imagining it. That I need to go through the insurance company to get my windshield fixed from where they cause a crack in my windshield. Also, the owner of this company was out on the job, and told me he would not be paying for anything because I have no proof. Sorry, sir. There was no apparent damage to your car before we started. We were nowhere near your car and you took your car out and never said a thing until you came back much later. The damage most likely occurred while you were out. We were nowhere near your car.
Universal Roofing did my roof 2 years ago, and the roof weathered Hurricane Irma like a champ - not a shingle lifted! Tracy Flett, one of the owners, is a standup guy. They do business right. A giant tree limb did come crashing onto a section and punched a hole right through during Irma - not a reflection of the roof job..went through the wood and into attic. I already have Universal Roofing scheduled to come and fix it. The only company I trust to work on my roof.
My family, friends and I have been doing business with Universal since the beginning. When your roof starts leaking, you naturally want it fixed immediately and that's exactly when they strive to arrive!! Many times over the years they have answered our needs the same day (weather permitting), next day at the latest. The great thing is, they stay in touch so you don't feel forgotten.
