Having some potential issues with ice dam on our roof, so I called last Tuesday ( Tuesday the 29th)to schedule an estimate for today ( Feb 4th) Well, they never showed, when I called to check the status, the woman on the phone ( not who I spoke with last week), told me I was not even on the schedule??. I mentioned to her that the girl I spoke with last week even repeated back to me the day and time for estimate, I was told " you are not on our schedule ").
