What a great company. I had a roof leak that had been there for some time. The installer kept saying they couldn’t find it. David Alger came out, spotted it right away. It was in a difficult area, but he came up with a plan that was also reasonably priced. His team came out, fixed the roof, cleaned up after themselves and were done in a few hours. Sean Dowel was an impressive appraiser and adjusted, he talked the talk, but also walked the walk. Of the 5 inspectors I had he was the only one who went into the attic and checked if my current ventilation even met the standards of the product. He was quick, communicated well and did an amazing job representing their company, product and services. They are obviously not the cheapest company, but when getting something as important as a roof I'd rather pay a little more for it to be done right than to have corners cut.
