A service review: Thank you, Steve I did recently call Universal Roof and Contracting about a tile that cracked and slid down into gutter, and Steve, what a great craftsman and person, came right out the next day and fixed not only the broken tile I called about but also looked around and found a couple other cracked tiles and repaired them as well. I had a good experience working with John Lasine at Universal Roofing. John was very helpful through the sales process and his communication was very timely with answering my questions. 5 stars!
The installation process was outstanding. The crew removed my tile roof in two days, installed the underlayment in two and lastly the tile in two days. Project manager set expectations, provided daily updates and when I raised issues, they were handled quickly and in a professional manner.
