This is a great rehearsal facility serving musicians in the DFW area. Secure, Clean, well equipped. The management is very helpful and supportive. We have formed rehearsed and molded Stormland Rising over the past year from here.
Although the name explains the majority of what this place is about, I have found myself right at home here as an artist. Its a very well kept building with sparkling clean bathrooms, a welcoming common area, and the perfect spot for me to paint without distractions (except for peak hours of bands rehearsing...although I enjoy hearing Dallas' up and coming artists, I admit) Dakota was a delight to work with. Great place to rehearse with PA equipment and mics. Plenty of parking and easy access. A year later: Johnny and the G Men (my band) still uses Universal to rehearse; especially like the big room "C" with mirrors and lots of space.
My band Flickerstick has been there since 2021. Dakota and Mike are great owners and managers And run a very fair in clean business. All different sizes of rehearsal rooms. Highly recommend.
