Disappointed in the property on 5th ave in maywon a main street store fronts filled with trash and you just leave it smdh give it to someone who will care for it.

Terrible building. Roaches, backed up water washing machine for months. Realtors dont care, lived here for awhile warning all of this building and realtor group. If universal name is on the building dont live there. Sends same exterminators that dont actually do anything and are upset they have to service your unit. Wish I could give a zero out if 5.
Absolutely horrible experience dealing with Mildred. She is EXTREMELY rude, unprofessional, does not return calls, emails. Screams on the phone without even listening. She literally does not provide details asked for and when you call her to follow up screams like you're bothering her???? Had to undergo a huge financial losses because of her. Would not recommend. Horrible experience
