This guy has no idea what he's doing! He represented a potential buyer for my house who backed out after I did everything the inspection called for. I should have at least gotten earnest money from the buyer, but she never actually HAD any and I got nothing. Larry Lee can not be trusted - do not make him your agent and I would be very, very cautious about accepting an offer from one of his clients.
