Tina is a very caring and empathetic therapist who genuinely makes it a priority to provide as much support as she can. She always strive to listen and give the best advice to help you see issues in a different context. She was very helpful in assisting us in our journey.
I went through therapy with Tina for about half a year and she was great. Her trauma informed approach was very helpful for me and I would recommend her to anyone looking to tackle trauma related issues. I will say her approach may be a bit more blunt and direct than other therapists, which is not inherently bad. I actually found this approach helpful in uncovering some of the core underlying experiences attached to my schemas. Overall a great experience working with her!
