I have 2 guys over at my home right now installing a fixture to wrap up the city of Iron Mountain’s initiative to replace the water lines and they’re getting a one star already for their unwarranted attitude. Guy asked where the door to the basement was and walked away before I could finish so he went to the wrong side. Minor repair to furnace. Well done. Has been working fine all winter.
Very poor customer service. They say they will call back and never do. Told us we need a whole new furnace and second opinion said absolutely not. We keep trying to call and no answer, no call back. Do not use this company!
