(Review about immigration medical exam - about a year ago) The exam/doctors were great, but the preparation of highly important forms by the receptionist was absolutely atrocious. I had to check the forms and revise them multiple times. Critical errors and typos were made like entering wrong vaccination dates (dated before I was born!!). These forms are very important for legal processes, and such mistakes are unacceptable
I am so grateful to Dr. Rosina Mele for seeing my child the same day, even though we called outside of regular hours. She did not rush through the visit and took her time carefully checking for all possible causes of the prolonged fever and congestion. She is a true professional and we felt very well cared for. PS: The office is generally very easy to reach, even on weekends. Thank you!
