Employed at UIP was my biggest mistake! I worked there for 3 years, working nights and weekends only to get kicked in the pants! Was contacted by a former employee from another company that got hired at universal painting corporation who was hired as an area manager who was in need of painter’s and called me up worse decision I made. Company isn’t bad but choice of hiring ppl and putting them in positions they have no idea what they’re doing! But doesn’t stop there racism runs deep.

Terrible Management and the only thing matters at this company is the numbers not the employees. Be aware.
