I am a very happy with the final work product from Jeff and his team. Although I just needed work on a patch, I can tell they were very thorough and it appears that way with the final product. Also, Jeff is very good about communication and coordination. I look forward to continue working with Jeff and his team on future projects.
I contacted Universal Painting as well as two other highly-rated paint companies. Jeff, the owner, inspected the home and offered areas of concern that I had not even thought about. Although, Universal's bid was the lowest, I chose them for their integrity. Carlos and Oliver were always punctual, friendly and cleaned up each day. My home was not easy in that a 32 year old remodel included 256 individual window panes that required a lot of their time. They did an excellent job. I recently had my entire home exterior painted, and I have made some considerable repairs to the outside stucco, wood, trim, and more. I could not be happier with the work that Jeff, Carlos, and the rest of the team performed at my home. We needed extensive drywall work done in every room before the interior and doors could be painted. Jeff and his crew's attention to detail and expertise in all aspects of the job resulted in a beautiful result which we are delighted with. We stayed in the home while they did their work and they were polite and considerate of our needs.
