Dr. Alves and Heather are awesome but Paula the receptionist is the BOMB! Very good office and support personnel.
The staff here is great. They listen to you and work with you and your pain.
Dr alves is wonderful! Dr rigler and his nurse assistant is not! Stay away from them!
I have went here since I was hurt in 2008 after it was decided it was to risky to have back surgery ! When I lost my insurance for a bit I had to go somewhere else ! OMG ! Universal Pain is state of the art everything...great doctors ....great care !
