The doctors here could care less about your well being. Nurses are irresponsible and borderline incompetent. No one here can seem to do their job. They always schedule for the wrong doctor or forget to collect a test. They schedule you for multiple appointments in one month then never bother to inform you which one to come to. They will drop you for one clean test, even if they're aware they need to change medicine because it doesnt work. Dont come here and get dicked around.
I’ve been here for maybe 7 months, I have a very serious neurological issue with over 15 brain surgeries, stroke, coma, etc.. I’ve been telling these doctors for months the medication they give me does not work and I run out. They have only tested me twice out of the 7 months I’ve been “treated” here. They changed nothing. I have ran out three times of my meds, every time I was completely honest and told them. Dr Kohan has been able to find the causes of my pain and ways to help reduce it even after most doctors gave up trying to help or tried passing it off just in my head (which it wasn't). Plus the staff are so sweet and take great care of me.
DO NOT RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICES!! PAULA THE QUEEN BEE RECEPTIONIST USES LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM!! Queen bee Paula, receptionist, needs to take a class in answering phones. Called multiple times and continuously put on hold between 10-15 minutes each time. I ended up showing up to the office to complain and she acts like she is the owner or a doctor.
